Track record

Former COO of Tabs. I built its creator program to 100M monthly social impressions, and the paid ad engine alongside it. The numbers below come from videos that program produced.

At Tabs I built the creator program and the paid ad engine together. Same playbook here: a small roster, hooks tested one variable at a time, losers killed early. Kids' creative tools are a new category for me and I have not run it, so the claims sheet comes first.

Why now

  • 15%

    A commission path already exists

The site offers up to 15% commission on every sale to people introducing families. Creator posts can build on that.

    Published
  • $30

    Referral pays both sides

Refer a friend and you both get $30. Parents who make videos start with a reason families already want to share.

    Published
  • 20%

    A first-order hook is live

New buyers see 20% off their first order, so every creator video has an offer to land on.

Part 4 of 15

Principles

  1. One number to protect: $1 per 1,000 views

Every creator is judged on cost per 1,000 views against a $1 target. The ceiling for all ten at the top cap is $15,000, bonuses excluded.

  2. One variable per test

Same Stickerbox, same table, only the hook changes. Seven videos per creator per week gives 303 videos at ten creators: enough to read.

  3. Claims come from your site, word for word

Creators say only sheet lines, like “No-BPA and no-BPS printing paper”. Anything else goes to the claims channel before filming.

  4. Losers killed early

A hook that trails after the first batch is retired and the creator gets a new brief. The bonus is $50 flat past 100,000 views, once a month.

One channel for everything

#briefs

Briefs, drafts, reviews and the weekly numbers

Illustrative
  1. MartaMon 8:30 AM

This week's brief: the Gold Holographic reveal. Open on the voice step, show the print, end on the peel. One variable: only the first line changes.

  2. TheoMon 11:10 AM

A parent asked if the box is safe for any kid. What can I say?

Quote the sheet: “Kid-safe AI + thoughtful design”. Promise nothing beyond that line.

  3. Weekly botAppMon 7:00 AM

Report ready: seven videos per creator logged, cost per 1,000 views against the $1 target, best hook by format, two claim flags to review.

  4. MartaTue 2:15 PM

Draft sent back: the caption says printing creates no waste. The sheet says “Thermal printing = no ink, no mess”. Reshoot the caption only.

  5. PriyaThu 4:40 PM

The Gold Holographic peel video just passed 100,000 views, all organic.

Logged. $50 flat, one bonus per creator per month.

  6. Payout checkAppFri 10:00 AM

Before payout: organic views only, claims sheet clean, parent approval on file for every child shown. Two creators held until a draft is fixed.

The messages illustrate the working channel, with invented people: briefs go out on Monday, claims questions get an answer the same day, and nothing posts without the check.

Part 5 of 15

Formats

  1. Say it, print it, stick it

    Brief 01

Say it, print it, stick it

“Say it. Print it. Stick it.”

Close on the talk button, the child's spoken idea, then the print. Phone on the table, one take, no cuts.

  2. Gold Holographic reveal

    Brief 02

    Gold Holographic reveal

“Thermal printing means no ink, no mess.”

Tilt a Gold Holographic sticker in window light, then show the roll. Say the roll holds around 66 stickers.

  3. Photo Print at home

    Brief 03

    Photo Print at home

“A family photo, now a sticker.”

Show the Photo Print screen, the sticker coming out, then a child coloring it. A parent stays in frame.

  4. Photo Booth night

    Brief 04

    Photo Booth night

“Photo Booth, but you can peel it.”

Film the family at the box, the screen, then the printed result. No child's full name on screen.

  5. Refill day

    Brief 05

    Refill day

“Refill day: three rolls, nearly 200 stickers.”

Unbox a refill 3-pack, load a roll, print one sticker. Say refills start at $5.99.

Every product line in a video comes off the claims sheet word for word, for example “Thermal printing = no ink, no mess”, “No-BPA and no-BPS printing paper”, “Hands-on, screen-free creativity”. Product names are said as printed.

Part 6 of 15

Recruiting

Four sources in

  • Parents who already tag the brand

The site invites posts with “Tag us @stickerbox to be featured”. Families who already tag you are the first people I would contact.

  • Teachers and homeschool creators

Your site pitches screen-free activities for 4–10 year olds and a 60-page Activity Book. Classroom and homeschool accounts fit that.

  • Kid-craft and sticker-collector accounts

Creators who already film crafts, shimmer shots and sticker walls. Gold and Pink Holographic rolls give them something to show.

  • Your own commission page

The site shows up to 15% commission on every sale. Referral terms cover personal, non-commercial sharing, so I would confirm with you how creators fit.

Five filters, fewer each step

  1. 1Parent on camera

The adult in the video is the child's parent or guardian, and approves any child shown.

  2. 2Screen-free fit

Their feed already shows hands-on play, crafts or classrooms, not app reviews.

  3. 3Clean claims history

No past posts promising learning or safety outcomes for kids.

  4. 4Seven a week

Can film seven videos a week with fresh hooks, not the same take recycled.

  5. 5Real views

Median views shown in a screen recording of their own analytics.

Part 7 of 15

Who

  • Parent of 4–10 year olds

Films a real afternoon at the table: say the idea, print it, color it.

    Likely product: Stickerbox

  • Gift-shopping parent

Siblings and playdates: two boxes, two ideas printed side by side.

    Likely product: Duo Set

  • Teacher or homeschooler

    Turns the book's 20 open-ended prompts into a screen-free lesson.

    Likely product: Activity Book-Volume 1

  • Sticker collector

Shimmer close-ups and a collection wall of printed stickers.

Likely product: Gold Holographic Paper Refill (3)

  • Try-before-you-commit parent

Compares the low-cost Holo try-out with a full box.

    Likely product: Paper Sampler Set

  • Family gifting vlogger

Unboxes the box plus two holographic packs as a gift.

    Likely product: Sparkle Set

Left off, every time

Always out: anyone posting a child without a parent's approval, anyone promising learning, safety or data outcomes beyond the sheet, employees and family of Stickerbox, and accounts whose audience is not parents.

Claims sheet

Approved, word for word

Quoted exactly as the brand publishes it.

  • “Voice-to-image generation”

Hook line and caption for the say-it format

  • “Thermal printing = no ink, no mess”

Gold Holographic reveal and refill day

  • “Hands-on, screen-free creativity”

    Teacher and homeschool videos

  • “Kid-safe AI + thoughtful design”

Answer to any safety question, never extended

  • “No-BPA and no-BPS printing paper”

    Refill day and paper close-ups

  • “The magical creation station that turns ideas into stickers you can color, share, and collect.”

Opening line of the first video

  • “No screens, no wrong answers, just stickers.”

    Activity Book videos

Never said

Each one with the reason it stays out.

  • Safe for any child, any age

The site speaks of activities for 4–10 year olds and makes no all-ages safety statement.

  • It teaches kids to read

A learning outcome. Nothing on the site supports it.

  • Nobody can ever see your child's data

An absolute data promise. The site's wording is narrower and waits for your confirmation.

  • Better than any other kids' printer

A comparison with no source behind it.

  • It replaces all screen time

Overstates the site's wording, which is screen-free creativity.

  • Refills are free forever

Refill packs are sold separately and include 3 additional paper rolls.

To confirm with the brand

Held until someone on the brand side signs off.

  • A closed system with enhanced encryption ensures that every byte of your family’s data is protected.

A strong data claim. I need your yes before any creator says it.

  • supports multiple languages

Appears on a product image. Confirm it is current before creators film it.

  • Up to 15% commission on every sale

Confirm whether creators may use this program or need a separate path.

Part 10 of 15

Pay

  • Starter

    $300–600

    a month, by band

For parents with a small, real audience who must show a kitchen-table Stickerbox video can hold.

    Bonus at the cap: $300

  • Standard

    $500–1,000

    a month, by band

For creators with steady median views who can film the full weekly set with fresh hooks.

    Bonus at the cap: $500

  • Premium

    $800–1,500

    a month, by band

For proven family creators trusted with Ultimate Set and Duo Set stories.

    Bonus at the cap: $700

  1. Under 100,000 views

    $0

The base pay covers the work.

  2. 100,000 views

    +$50 flat

    Whatever the band.

  3. 1,000,000 views

    Top-up to your cap

Bonus = band cap − base pay.

  • One bonus per creator per month: $50 flat once a video passes 100,000 views.
  • The bonus is per video: the single video that crosses 100,000 views, not the month's total.
  • Only organic views count. Paid boosts and reposts on brand channels do not.
  • No bonus on a video that broke the claims sheet or the category rule, even past 100,000 views.

Starter: $600 cap − $300 fee = $300 bonus; Standard: $1,000 cap − $500 fee = $500 bonus; Premium: $1,500 cap − $800 fee = $700 bonus.

The bonus pays for reach after the work is done, never instead of it. One bonus per creator per calendar month keeps it an incentive and keeps the program cost predictable.

Part 11 of 15

Simulator

Read it as: ten creators, 303 videos, 1.8M views, $5.74 per 1,000 against $1. To reach the target, 4.2% of videos must go viral or the median video must hit 21,711 views.

Above the $1 target at these inputs.

To hit $1, the roster needs about 10.1M views a month. That means about 4.2% of videos going viral, or a median near 22K views per video. That is why the day-90 gate exists: keep the accounts that clear it, replace the rest.

Proposed, not measured. Views = videos × median, breakouts at 10× the median, viral at 750K. Bonus: +$50 for a viral video, one per creator per month.

The math. Videos a month = 10 creators × 7 a week × 52 ÷ 12 = 303. Views per video = (1 − 4% − 0.5%) × 1,500 + 4% × 10 × 1,500 + 0.5% × 750,000 = 5,782.5; 303 videos × 5,782.5 = 1.8M views a month. Cost = 10 × $1,000 = $10,000 base + 1 bonus × $50 = $10,050. Cost per 1,000 views = $10,050 ÷ 1.8M × 1,000 = $5.74 against a $1.00 target. To hit the target, either 4.2% of videos go viral or the median video reaches 21,711 views, other inputs held.

Move the sliders and the label recalculates. The result is only as good as the guesses behind it, so the median views, the share of breakouts and the share of viral videos are marked as Assumptions until the first month of posts replaces them.

Organic to paid

From organic to paid

  1. Organic first

The creator posts on their own account. No boost in the first days, so views stay organic and the bonus stays clean.

  2. Shortlist the winners

Videos above the median with a clean claims record go on the shortlist.

  3. Rights in writing

The creator grants paid usage in writing before any video is boosted.

  4. Paid test

Winners run as ads, one variable per test, against the same $1 target.

From the video to the checkout

  • Send the Stickerbox video to the product page: $129.99.
  • Send refill videos to the paper refills, starting at $5.99.
  • Name free standard shipping on all orders (3–5 business days) when the page shows it.
  • Mention 20% off the first order only while it is live on the page.
  • Note returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened items, as the site states.

Part 15 of 15

Category rules

Rules for a kids' creative product

Stickerbox is made for children, so the creator rules start with the child and the parent. The claims sheet does the rest.

  • A parent in the room

Any child on camera has a parent or guardian present and approving the post. No full names and no school names on screen.

  • Claims only from the sheet

Say the sheet lines, like “Kid-safe AI + thoughtful design”, and nothing about learning, safety or data beyond them.

  • Talk about activities, not outcomes

Speak of screen-free activities for 4–10 year olds, as the site does. Promise nothing about what a child will gain.

  • Data stays off camera

No promise about data until you confirm the encryption line. Until then creators do not mention it.

  • Disclose every paid post

Every paid post carries a clear disclosure in the first line. All ten creators use the same wording.

  • Offers only while live

Mention only offers live on the page. Referral credit has no cash value and refills are sold separately.

The brand’s legal team sets the final rules. This is the operating floor I’d start from, not legal advice.
